After several days of searching the internet (no answer), I found out the problem (at least on my PC) was because of the AVG antivirus installed on the host OS. Open up the AVG Internet Security application (double click on the AVG icon at the right bottom of screen). Select Firewall -> Settings -> Expert Mode -> Advanced Settings.
